A burning sky — coral, salmon, and deep rose swept in vertical strokes across a pale ground, with streaks of orange breaking through the pink. A dark indigo-gray horizon band runs across the middle, with the reflection of the sky trailing down into gray water below. One of the most saturated pages in the sketchbook.
